Your primary role will be to develop and run global concepts within the attraction and retention field in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Global Attraction & Retention team. In VELUX Global HR, we depend on each other to deliver remarkable results, and we work across borders and strive to be truly global. You will become part of an exciting journey in attracting and retaining best-in-class talents for the entire VELUX Group.
In close collaboration with 4 dedicated colleagues, you will:
- Ensure swift and professional sourcing of candidates for manager and specialist positions in Denmark
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process from initial job analysis to screening, presenting shortlists and giving test feedback on interviews
- Develop global tools and concepts within talent attraction, to run global concepts for employer branding, onboarding and retaining of best-in-class people
- Take part in projects and tasks on an ad hoc basis in VELUX Global HR
You will be based in our Head Office in Hørsholm. You may also work from one of our sites in Kolding. In either case, you should expect to and thrive with travel up to 30-40 days a year, mostly to our different VELUX sites in Denmark.
You have a graduate degree and at least 5 years’ experience with HR, including extensive experience working with recruitment, talent attraction and retention from a large international company.
A commercial mindset as well as hands-on and up-to-date experience working with social media, websites, etc. are a must.
You have a can-do approach to business, allowing you to generate ideas and make them come to life while keeping a structured and practical approach to your work. You can shift tasks with short notice and keep a cool head in the process. You enjoy taking on new tasks, and you thrive in an outgoing position with many touch points and different stakeholders.
As a person, you are a team player and an excellent communicator, and you collaborate easily with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds. You have a strong personal clout and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
We expect that you communicate fluently in English and Danish.
