The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, creative, technologically, representative, cooperative, understanding the dynamics of the startup and ready to have a big impact on the small company!

Responsibilities include:

- Maintenance of complex calendars, planning and coordination of meetings and conferences
- Management of meeting logic, including but not limited to conference room reservations, food ordering and the creation and collection of data / materials
- Management of office supplies, greeting guests, project management,
- Assist with delivery (FedEx) and get the effort
- Process a sample of users of engineering components and demo boards
- Assistance in planning a trip and preparing trips / routes
- Coordination with staff, work on ideas and the deployment of large and small companies that promote interaction of employees with a dose of fun and healthy competition
- Working with finance on reports on expenses and total payment
- Support for the implementation of software and databases of the company's operating system
- To carry out logistics, coordination / planning for exhibitions
- Help in tracking websites / social networks
-Introduction and organization of the office, including placement, modernization of the facility, storage facilities, server and mechanical premises, kitchen and conference rooms
- Receiving, sorting, prioritizing and routing calls and sending mail to corresponding colleagues

Requirements:

3-5 years of administrative experience is very necessary
Experience for a start-up or small company plus
entrepreneurial
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Internet research skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and presentation skills are necessary
The ability to learn quickly, demand minimum leadership and have the desire to actively offer and implement ideas
Knowing the methods of social media and marketing creativity - plus
