Do you want to unfold your Intellectual Property administration skills in a multinational engineering company? As IP Paralegal/Administrator you will be working in an environment of highly skilled Patent Attorneys and Trademark Attorneys who manage FLSmidth’s global intellectual property portfolio. Here you will join the Global IPR Portfolio Management department and as such be part of FLSmidth’s Global Legal department. We have locations in countries all over the world. You will be based in our Head Quarter in Valby, Denmark. Detailed Description
Manage our patent and trademark portfolio
You will be managing workflow and day-to-day operations for our in-house patent and trademark professionals located around the world. This includes liaising with inventors and other stakeholders, ensuring that critical deadlines are met, preparing filing documents and attending to the filing and office actions related to national and international patent and trademark applications, as well as coordinating foreign patent and trademark applications with various foreign associates. It will be your job to review and summarize patent and trademark documents and as such partly manage FLSmidth's IP database. Your job will also include general administration duties, including invoice processing, reporting, documentation management etc.

Experience with IP administration and quality mindset
You have experience working as an IP Administrator, Qualified Intellectual Property Administrator (QIPA) or similar. You are service minded, eager to assist and have a well-developed sense of quality, and you approach your work with exceptional attention to details.. On a personal level, you are still eager to learn and develop your personal and professional skills. You are team-oriented and find it exciting to work with colleagues of various backgrounds, authorities and other stakeholders, while also being able to work independently. You are prepared to take responsibility for following up and finishing your own tasks. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and good IT skills are absolute requirements. Additional Details
