A position as Event Coordinator is now available in the Danish affiliate.

About the department
The job is located in the Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Copenhagen, Ørestad. As Event Coordinator you will be part of a dynamic Marketing team of 8 people.

The position
The job as Event Coordinator demands that you are capable of planning and executing national and regional meetings. You will be responsible for driving our Event Plan which includes responsibility for logistic planning and meeting execution within the frames provided by standard operating procedures, guidelines, business ethics including HCP compliance and relevant external requirements. The Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high quality meetings, cost monitoring, and follow up.

You are an experienced event coordinator and service provider and liaise effectively with many stakeholders both inside and outside Novo Nordisk. You will work under tight deadlines and have to balance many different needs and opinions. You will also be expected to be on location for execution of certain events in Denmark and abroad, representing Novo Nordisk and interacting with customers.

Qualifications
You have BA in business administration, marketing, communication or equivalent and more than 2 years practical experience working with events in the pharmaceutical industry. You have project management experience with a proven track record.

You have a quality mind-set and experience from working in a healthcare organisation. Novo Nordisk never compromises on quality and business ethics and a thorough understanding of pharma law and regulations will be required in the position.

You thrive in a dynamic environment which requires a high degree of flexibility and ability to prioritise between different tasks. You are expected to be proactive and forward planning with a systematic approach to your work and tasks. You work independently and bring a can-do attitude to the team. You are fluent in written and spoken Danish as well as English.

Start date: 1 March 2018 (or before)
