As HRM intern, you’ll support Talent Acquisition in all recruitment related tasks. In this role, you will get an unique opportunity to be part of shaping Nordea’s future competitiveness through supporting the recruitment of the right talent.
In Talent Acquisition, our purpose is to proactively attract and approach potential candidates with a mission to find a perfect fit for them and for Nordea. For us, every hiring decision have a great impact on Nordea, and we therefore strive to be our business’ talent advisors whenever they need a high quality sparring.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support Recruiters with all recruitment related tasks
- Advise and support hiring people leaders
- Support employer branding with event planning, fairs etc.
- Take part in smaller projects in Talent Acquisition
The role is based in Copenhagen, Christianshavn. We welcome you to a multinational team of dedicated people.

- It is a must that you are studying cand.merc.HRM or cand.soc.HRM
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- You have experience from working with people, not necessarily in a HR environment
