Nets wishes to expand the customer experience, and maintaining the current clients. In order to do so, Nets is establishing a new department, focusing on retention. This department is securing the maintenance of the Danish and the Norwegian market. We therefore are in search of Danish and/or Norwegian speaking persons. Beside this, Nets corporate language is English and therefore you need to be proficient both verbally and in writing.
We offer you an exciting position to be part of building Nets’ customer experience and helping us maintaining our clients. We are looking for someone who is interested in and have abilities to help us build a new department in an area that for Nets is new. You will joint this journey in an early stage, which can contribute to both professional and personal growth as well as development.
You will be reporting to the Retention Director, Merchant Services, and be part of a highly ambitious team in Denmark which has high focus on sales and retention of Nets products and services and at the same time deliver excellent customer experience. You don’t necessary need to have knowledge of our existing customers, but we want to see your true passion in retention preferably with experience from outbound and/or retention sales, and an interest in Fintech products.
You have the ability to understand customer’s current and future needs as well as being able to express yourself both verbally and in writing. As a Retention Manager you will have the full responsibility for reaching your targets and the capability to understand the need for interactive co-operation also internally in order to be able to fulfil the customers’ needs. You are the Nets’ voice towards customers and customers’ voice towards Nets. Thus Personifying a strong sales and problem solving attitude, good listening skills and possess strong objection technique
