We are looking for a Service Desk Supporter with strong accounting skills, who can provide a qualified and service-minded support for NNIT's customers. This position is located in a dedicated Service Desk that provides application support to the Danish pharmacies. The solution provided by NNIT is business critical for the individual costumers, which makes great demands on the support organization, domain knowledge and operational stability of the solution.

The support includes both the main application and a number of third party products used in pharmacies such as medical robots, hand terminals, electronic shelf boards, payment terminals etc. You will handle incoming calls from customers and handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user logon problems to functional support to business units. Your ambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. You will also get the opportunity to visit pharmacies, when needed, in order to provide tuition in specific areas, such as bookkeeping

Qualifications and experiences
We expect that you have relevant experience from a similar Service Desk function and a have passion for supporting costumers in the pharmaceutical sector. A part from that it is an advantage if:
  • You have sound knowledge in accounting /economics
  • You possess knowledge of Dynamics AX
  • You have a customer first attitude and a high service minded approach
  • You have an understanding of the IT and pharmaceutical environment
  • You have a great troubleshooting approach
  • You have flair for facilitating workshops and enjoy being close to and advising the costumer
