In TORM, we all work together as “One TORM” to become the Reference Company in the product tanker industry. We are looking for a new colleague with plenty of energy and good interpersonal skills to take on the role as our new Receptionist.

As our new Receptionist, you will be an important and very visible person in TORM. You will be joining Group HR and Internal Service where you will be working closely with another internal service assistant and four HR colleagues.
In this role, you will have the opportunity for cross functional involvement across internal service, facility management and HR related matters as well as being the first point of contact for visitors at TORM’s head office in Hellerup.
Furthermore, your tasks will be versatile and will among other consist of:
- Greeting, hosting, servicing and providing office support to guests and employees
- Maintenance of all meeting rooms and kitchens
- Operating the central switchboard and company mailbox
- Other ad hoc tasks related to HR and administration
The ideal candidate is a highly service-minded and detail-oriented person with relevant work experience from a similar position.
Furthermore, we expect that you have/are:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Capable of planning and organizing events and activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written Danish and English
