Job ID: 282808 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Denmark Mode of employment: Full Time For NE&ME Project Logistics we are looking for a quality and detail oriented Logistics Project Operator/Logistics Coordinator, to join the team in Brande. The team consists of 7 dedicated employees who all contribute to an efficient supply of logistics equipment and material to all wind turbine projects run by Siemens Wind Power. The Order Management team is part of Return Logistics and Transport Equipment placed in the Project Logistics organization. Overall, Project Logistics ensures storage, distribution and maintenance of all the equipment rented out to the projects. This includes monitoring the availability of items, expediting at sources, managing the material and equipment orders as well as optimizing the material flow. In this role, you will be contributing to being the best in the industry ensuring end-2-end outbound logistics performance with an optimized impact on the bottom line of the projects. What are my responsibilities? · Monitoring and initiating improvement to any technical process related or financial aspects of transport equipment handling · Planning on time delivery of equipment to projects when required · Monitoring and coordinating returns of equipment to our warehouses to ensure availability of equipment for the next projects · Ordering missing equipment from the purchasing department to ensure availability of equipment for upcoming projects · Creating and deciding, validating and updating possible sets of equipment for different components by analyzing future demand, available materials and following update internal documentation and tools · Maintaining SAP in relation to equipment to make sure that the process for equipment is compliant with internal rules What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background within Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain processes or similar, preferably combined with some years of relevant professional experience · You are quality and detailed oriented and enjoy maintaining data and handle items trough complex IT system · As a person, you are open-minded, flexible, and a fast learner with strong analytical skills, that you enjoy utilizing in a production and project oriented environment · You have a systematic and result-oriented approach to your assignments, and you are a dedicated team player capable of keeping a sense of perspective in a dynamic and international environment · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
